Join us for this year’s AAVWS Feature Dinner, SALT, proudly presented by Australian Vintage, at Mildura’s iconic riverside venue, The Powerhouse. This unforgettable evening includes three delicious courses; each expertly matched with standout wines. Open to the public, the event offers an opportunity to rub shoulders with the who’s who of the 2025 AAVWS judges, industry leaders, event partners, and the 2025 AAVWS Fellowship recipient.

With Stefano Di Pieri in the kitchen, this event will showcase a selection of alternative variety wines known for their saline hit, coastal influence or indeed inland wines produced via a salt inception scheme. Wines will be paired with a menu featuring local, seasonal produce.
